Off Season Tips
To prepare for the winter season, please be sure to keep your heat on and set above 40 degrees so your water pipes don't freeze. In addition, turn your main water supply off to avoid any pipes from bursting. The main water supply valve is typically behind the stove in the kitchen.
Here's another great tip for owners - call Comcast Cable after October 1st at 410-524-3401 to see if you are eligible for an off-season rate. Under that program, your cable service will continue to be active as usual but the rate is significantly reduced according to the level you subscribe to.
