| Participating in a work day is a great way for the owners to get to know each other. It is fun, we are making our property more valuable and attractive while saving money. Owners can receive a credit of $300 per year or $25 per month for participating in a single work day project during a calendar year. Work is assigned based upon the capabilities of the volunteers - if you are unable to do any light work but are still interested, sign up and join the team. Volunteers can make coffee or lunch runs, do visual inspections or other things that are helpful. Typically there are 2 or 3 work days in the spring and one in the fall. An owner must participate in at least 1 work day to receive a credit. Names of the volunteers are collected the day of the work and this list is passed to the management company to apply a $25 a month credit to the condo fee. Each condo unit can qualify for the $300 credit every 12 months. Please send any questions about the credit here and sign up here if you want to volunteer. |
